Temperatura posluživanja rakije važna je koliko i odgovarajuća veličina cipela. Ako rakiju previše ohladimo, neće nas provesti kroz celokupan aromatski profil jer se arome teže oslobađaju na nižim temperaturama. Tesne cipele nas neće odvesti do cilja i teško ćemo se u njima šetati. Kada rakiju poslužimo toplu, lako isparljiva jedinjenja brzo ispare ne dajući nam priliku da uživamo u njima. Našim stopalima je u prevelikim cipelama sve samo ne udobno. Zato, treba da znamo temperaturu rakije koja će da nas povede u ugodnu šetnju kroz godine lepih uspomena.

Brandy serving temperature is important as shoe size is. If we overchill, it will not take us through complete aromatic profile because aromas on lower temperatures are hard to release. Tight shoes will not take us anywhere and walking is hard. If we serve warm brandy, volatile compounds quickly evaporate not giving us the chance to enjoy them. Oversized shoes are anything but comfortable. Therefore, we need to know the serving temperature of a brandy that will take us in a comfortable stroll through the years of pleasant memories.
