Veština destilacije se uči i unapređuje, dok se pečenje rakije prenosi sa kolena na koleno. U prvom slučaju, pecar započinje ovaj zanat kao šegrt, a jednoga dana može da postane kalfa, pa i majstor. U drugom slučaju, pecar je čuvar tradicije pečenja rakije. U svakom slučaju, važi pravilo – koliko pecara toliko tehnologija. Uz veselu mašinu, radosti nikad kraja!
